Fingerprint resistant plate is a composite coating plate, which is formed after making fingerprint resistant treatment on galvanizing plate surface. Fingerprint resistant steel plate has clean and flat surface, and small deviation. Fingerprint resistant treatment technology was firstly used in coating with hexavalent chromium. Technology of firstly making passivation treatment on galvanizing plate and then applying organic coat (fingerprint resistant film) on passivation film is normally used to produce fingerprint resistant plate at home and aboard.

类型 Type

　　一类是镀锌板经钝化处理后，再在纯化膜上涂有机涂层(耐指纹膜) ,其涂敷方式主要采用辊涂。另一类是在镀锌的钝化液中添加有机树脂和胶态二氧化硅，镀锌带钢通过钝化槽后在其表面形成具有耐蚀性和耐指纹性的复合涂层，其涂敷方式主要有电解涂敷和辊涂方式。国内外一般均采用第一种工艺生产耐指纹板。

One type is to make passivation treatment on galvanizing plate and to apply organic coat (fingerprint resistant film) on passivation film. Its coating way mainly uses roll coating.

Another type is to add organic resin and colloidal state silicon dioxide in galvanized passivation liquid, after galvanizing belt strip passes passivation groove, composite coating with corrosion and fingerprint resistance is formed on its surface. Its coating way mainly includes electrolytic coating and roll coating. The first technology is normally used to produce fingerprint resistant plate at home and aboard.
